Materials and Packaging

1. What materials are used for your canvas prints?

-We use coated fabric, a blend of cotton and polyester, for our canvas substrate. This provides a weight of approximately 300-350gsm/110-130lb cover, ensuring a sturdy and durable product.

2. Are your canvas prints made with responsibly sourced materials?

-Yes, we use responsibly sourced wood for stretcher bars, mainly FSC certified wood, to ensure a long-lasting and high-quality product.

3. What are the thickness options for your canvas prints?

-We offer two thickness options: slim with approximately a 2cm /0.8″ thick wood stretcher bar and thick with approximately a 4cm /1.6″ thick wood stretcher bar.

4. Do your canvas prints come with hanging hardware?

-Yes, both slim and thick canvas prints come with hanging hardware included for easy installation.

5. How do you package your canvas prints for shipping?

-To ensure no damage during transportation, we ship our canvas prints in protective packaging and strong boxes.

6. What are the materials used for your premium matte paper?

-Our premium matte paper is made of heavier-weight, white paper with a natural, smooth uncoated finish, ensuring a luxurious feel.

7. Is the paper used for posters eco-friendly?

-Yes, we use FSC-certified paper or equivalent certifications depending on regional availability, making it better for the environment.

8. What is the packaging like for posters?

-The packaging for posters varies depending on the size of the poster and the country of production and shipment. Typically, posters are shipped flat for sizes up to A4 and in tubes for larger posters.

9. Tell me more about your wooden framed posters.

-Our ready-to-hang wooden framed posters are made from pine and come in three colors: black, white, and natural wood. They are durable and come with shatterproof, transparent plexiglass to protect the poster. Each order includes hanging hardware for easy installation.

10. How do you ensure the longevity of your posters?

-Our posters are acid-free and free from optical brightener additives (OBA) to prevent yellowing or discoloration over time.

11. What materials are used for acrylic prints?

-Our acrylic prints are made from high-quality materials, featuring crystal-clear acrylic that is approximately 4mm /0.15″ thick.

12. Do acrylic prints come with hanging hardware?

-Yes, we include hanging hardware with screws for easy installation.

13. How are acrylic prints packaged for shipping?

-Acrylic prints are carefully packaged with strong edges and additional protection using bubble wrap or kraft paper.

14. Is the protective film on acrylic prints removable?

-Yes, acrylic prints come with a protective film on the face of the image, which can vary in color. This film can be peeled off and should not be mistaken for scratches or imperfections.

Care and Maintenance

15. I’ve never owned a canvas print before – how do you clean it?

-Don’t use any sort of cleaning liquid or compound, ever. A static-electricity dusting cloth can be used with a light motion, or a vacuum with a brush attachment can be used gently to remove dust.

16. How long will my canvas print last?

-If you hang your print away from direct sunlight and keep it away from moisture and dust, your canvas print will last for years and look as stunning as it did on day one.

17. There is a dent on my canvas, is it ruined?

-No, dents can be corrected. Lay the piece face down and gently iron out the dent from the backside using a low-heat clothes iron. If that doesn’t work and you are within 60 days of your purchase, contact us at support@bronzana.com.

Framed Paper Print Care 

18. How do I clean my framed paper print?

-We recommend using a soft cloth and plastic cleaners for the plexiglass to avoid scratching.

Color Accuracy

 19. Will the colors I see on my monitor be exactly how the image prints?

-The colors you see on your monitor may be close to what is printed, but due to differences in the color calibration of monitors, a perfect match cannot be guaranteed.

20. What sizes are available for purchase?

-Size, shape, and orientation may vary by print, and custom sizing options are not available.

21. Can I customize the art you offer for sale?

-Unfortunately, we cannot modify our product images.

22. Do you have an inventory of prints?

-All of our artwork is made to order, and we do not carry an inventory of products.

23. Can I purchase an unstretched canvas?

-Unfortunately, unassembled prints are not available for purchase at this time.

24. Can I buy a digital copy of the image?

-We are unable to offer any digital copies for sale.

25. Do you offer framing services for a print that I already own?

-Unfortunately, we do not offer framing services for previous purchases. If you purchased artwork without the decorative floating frame in the past 60 days, please contact us at support@bronzana.com for assistance with exchanging your artwork.

30. What are the delivery times?

-Delivery times vary based on various factors, and you can find average delivery times per country on our website.

31. Do you offer international shipping?

-Yes, we provide a combination of local and international shipping options, including Standard and Express shipping methods.
