Despite our confidence that you will love your purchase, we understand that accidents do occasionally occur. We want to make the process for you as simple as we can! Please note that your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
1. Orders Delayed
Orders are lacking tracking information, in transit, pending, expired 60 days after orders departed from BRONZANA partners warehouse.
2. Orders not Received
BRONZANA will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order is delivered.
a. If You do not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is necessary.
b. Tracking information alert. The tracking information shows Alert, the reasons are listed as below:
1- Incorrect/insufficient address.
2- No such number.
3- Unknown recipient.
4- Refused.
5- Do not pick up in time.
6- No safe delivery location.
7- Uncleared customs.
8- Others.
3. Faulty Or Damaged Goods
We take great pleasure in the caliber of our goods,so If you receive defective or damaged orders, such as damage to the delivered products, errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products, or lack of quality of the delivered product not caused by lack of quality of the content you provided. Should you want to submit a new order, we will cover the costs of the new order.
If an item is delivered with obvious and serious damage to the packaging or the item itself, please take a photo of the damage, and notify us right once.
After it has been delivered to you, if you discover a damaged item, please email our team at support@BRONZANA.com within three days of receiving your print. We will be pleased to help.
You agree that the determination of whether a products failure or breakage is due to a manufacturing defect is within the sole discretion of BRONZANA.
4. Incorrect or Missing Products
BRONZANA has a strict quality control process before products are dispatched. BRONZANA will deal with incorrect or missing products as follows:
a. For incorrect products, BRONZANA offers a full refund or replacement.
b. For products with wrong color, size which doesn’t affect product function, etc., BRONZANA offers a refund or resend if you provide a screenshot of complaint including name, content and date.
c. For parts missing which doesn’t affect product function, BRONZANA may refund partially or resend the missing part; for parts missing which affect product function, BRONZANA will resend the product only.
d. For accessories, BRONZANA will resend the accessories.
5. Cancellations And Changes
For orders cancellation, BRONZANA offers a full refund before products are processed by warehouses.
a. After payment, POD/Wall art printed products orders cannot be canceled as we manufacture to order.
b. After payment, preorder inventory orders cannot be canceled as it is special products and only available for you.
c. After payment, video and photo orders cannot be canceled as bronzana has planned and prepared for you after payment.

About our printed wall art and POD products All prints should exactly match the products portrayed on our website.If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products you received Please email us at support@BRONZANA.com within 30 days of receiving the item and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.
Color Differences
Please note that due to differences in monitors, the colors you see on your screen may be slightly different on the print you receive. We print colors true to the artist’s specifications and cannot alter the original artwork.
Change of mind
We print to order on all purchases, so unfortunately we can’t offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or choose the wrong size. We recommend taking the time to choose the perfect print for your space – or ask us for a second opinion! Also, make sure you measure carefully. A nice trick is to cut a sheet of paper exactly to the desired print size and glue it to the wall. This will give you a very good idea of how the print will look in your space.
Important Interpretation
1. Deadline of Opening Dispute.
You cannot open a dispute if the order status is closed. Your dispute cannot be resolved when tracking information from a third party is untraceable.
2. Force Majeure.
BRONZANA takes no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by the act of god, including but not limited: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection.
3. Unacceptable Disputes.
BRONZANA shall not accept any unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:
a. The buyer does not like it.
b. The product description is not real.
c. Products smell unusual.
d. The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.
e. The shipping address was provided incorrectly.
f. Product difference was negotiated in advance.
g. Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.
h. In some cases, packages returned/discarded/detained due to the consignee’s failure to comply with the work of customs clearance in line with the foreign trade policies of certain countries.
