Our Global Network
We are proud to work with a vast network of more than 130 print partners across 32 countries, enabling us to offer local production in multiple locations. This extensive network allows us to deliver to over 200 countries worldwide. Distributed production not only accelerates delivery times but also supports local businesses while reducing costs and carbon emissions.
Where Are Products Produced?
While we aim to produce products locally whenever possible, not all items are available in every production location. Our order routing is determined by an algorithm that considers factors like stock availability, production capacity, and logistics, ensuring smooth and prompt delivery.
Customs fees may apply when shipping internationally across borders, based on local regulations. We recommend informing your customers about the possibility of customs fees.
Please note that having production capabilities in a specific country does not necessarily guarantee that a product will be printed in that country, as there may be technical or logistical limitations.
Shipping Prices
You can obtain live shipping price quotes in your BRONZANA Dashboard by placing an order or by exploring our Product Catalog, where shipping prices for each product are indicated. Most products offer flat shipping rates, ensuring consistent pricing within specific geographical areas.
Flat shipping rates for each product can be found in the product catalog, showing the standard shipping costs for the first product as well as any additional items in the same order.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are influenced by various factors, including the product type, production and delivery locations, order size, production capacity, shipping method, and more. Our average delivery times per country can be found here, and live estimates are available when you place an order and view the estimated delivery dates in the dashboard.
Please keep in mind that estimated delivery dates include:
– Fulfillment time: The time required to create your products, which varies by product.
– Shipping time: The time taken to deliver the product from the print partner to the delivery address, depending on production and delivery countries, selected shipping method, network status, and other factors.
Estimated delivery dates are indicative and subject to change.
Shipping Information
To ensure smooth deliveries, it’s crucial to provide accurate shipping information. Specific requirements apply for shipping addresses in China, Japan, and South Korea, including the use of local languages and character limits on shipping labels. Additionally, there may be extra requirements for shipping to Brazil to comply with local tax regulations.
Shipping options
We provide a combination of local and international shipping options. You can see what shipping methods are available when you place an order.
For most countries, you can choose between Standard/Economy and Express shipping:
- Standard/Economy is the standard delivery service. The delivery time for domestic standard packages is usually between 2 and 4 days.
- Express Shipping is processed with priority by the shipping company and delivery is expedited. When delivery time is critical, we recommend opting for Express delivery.
